展品前方設置旋鈕機構。轉動玻璃中央突出的旋鈕,使混沌擺開始擺動,觀看混沌擺的運動軌跡。
科學原理
一個運動體系的運動狀態由起動時的初始條件(主、副擺的初始位置和起動速度)所決定。科技館展品制作生產源頭工廠-上海慣量自動化有限公司提示大家單擺的運動很容易預測,由于這個大擺有三個小擺與之相連,它的運動就更為復雜。其中每個擺都會影響其它擺的運動,因而使整個運動混沌無序,無法預測。
操作說明
觀眾轉動旋轉手柄,使混沌擺開始擺動,觀察混沌擺擺臂的運動軌跡。
